Terms of Use for Photo Uploading

The Veezzle Development Team ("We" or "Us" or "Our") offers the use of its visual media uploading services (along with the content posted thereon, the "Services") subject to the terms and conditions of use (the "Terms") contained herein. All references herein to "We," "Us," or "Our" are intended to include The Veezzle Development Team and any other affiliated companies. By accessing, creating or contributing to any blogs or messages hosted by us (the "Blog"), and in consideration for the Services we provide to you, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before posting to or creating any Blog. We reserve the right to change, at any time, at our sole discretion, the Terms under which these Services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of all such Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Disclaimer of Company Responsibility for Visual Media Uploading

You understand that all visual media content uploaded ("free stock photos","free royalty-free photos") to our plat-form is the sole responsibility of the individual who originally posted the content. You also understand that all opinions expressed by users of this site are expressed strictly in their individual capacities.

2. Rights holder

By uploading your visual content on our plat-form, you understand that you will keep the rights you currently have over the pictures you upload, wheter you use our "Bulk Uploader" or our regular "Photo uploading" service.

You clearly understand that the license you select for your own photos is not an "option" or "unrelated" information for the user, if you do not provide the full working accurate URL of your personnal license and set it to "Custom", you agree to share your work with one of the CreativeCommon license we have selected. Uploading your content through our plat-form grants users the right to use your visual media as described in the license terms of use related to the picture in question.

3. Posting

By uploading your visual content using the Services, you clearly understand that you need the rights to at least share the content in question. Uploading pictures you do not own or you do not have the right to share is unlawful and may result in legal poursuits.

4. Hosting

By posting your photos using the Serivces, you agree a copy of the full-size picture in question will be hosted within our farm of servers and may be downloaded by our visitors.
